I went to see Andy with a problem in my upper back. I opted for this instead of going to the GP to be put on a lengthy waiting list and be hopeful of a referral. I was booked in within a couple of days and once there he could tell the cause of the problem straight away, got to work and sent me away with some exercises. Safe to say it was gone within the next 2 weeks! Not only is he knowledgeable, he is extremely friendly and welcoming and made me feel completely reassured that I was at the right place. I would 100% recommend without hesitation.

Very friendly, Andy was able to clearly explain the problem and how to rectify with an on-going plan to avoid further issues.

Andy is a lovely professional physio and he got to the root cause of a long-standing hip/back problem within the first session. He listened and even though I am quite flexible he recognised this was not normal for me and used a combination of techniques to help me get back to normal and pain free. The assessment and treatment plan were very thorough and also I now know how to prevent recurrence. Highly recommended.

I had to go to Clifton moor physio because I had injured my shoulder. Andy the physio is very good, and he is very thorough, he asked a lot of questions about where the pain was and observed me do movements, after which he did some massage, Andy explained that after massage I might feel a bit dizzy, but I felt okay. The massage took away some tension from my neck and shoulder, after two more sessions with Andy I was back to my old self. I would recommend Andy of Clifton Moor Physio to anyone,

I came to Andy for help with an old knee injury. Having started back at the gym and tried/failed lockdown yoga, I could feel my knee was holding me back. After a few sessions and exercises, my knee feels great! The online portal was a great help for a reminder of how to correctly do the exercises. Thanks again for your help :)
