        Beth at City plumbing made planning the new bathroom an easy process, offering suitable products & finishes to enable our joint vision through to completion. She was prompt in replying to queries from the plumbers & remedying a couple of unexpected issues that arose during the refit.

        Planning a bathroom during lockdown was an unexpected challenge but Beth made the process a lot easier and was really helpful. Everything was delivered in a timely manner by their own delivery team rather than a third party courier. Any niggles were also taken care of quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to use The Bathroom Showroom again.
