        In principle this should be an amazing organisation. However my experience is some of the staff in York would most definitely benefit from gaining some sort of counselling experience and/or further training themselves as appear to be battling their own personal demons - which unfortunately, when not in conscious awareness, can be detrimental to others. This is a dangerous combination when working with some of our most vulnerable.

        Your 2 Pavilion Square IDAS made full of lies statement to support an immigrant. Your caseworker misleaded the Home Office. It's been reported to IDAS management, CEO and head of client. NO Response Shame on you !
