        We had a booking with Betty York but due to coronavirus restrictions we are prevented from leaving Australia to stay at their accommodation. We asked for refunds or re-bookings from all our accommodation and the only place that would not refund was Betty York. We spent days trying to convince them to do the decent thing, but they refused. A very frustrating experience and we wouldnt recommend supporting the business of people like this. We certainly wont be booking with them when we can visit York.
