We recently purchased a log burning stove for our home and the experience with the installator Tom and his colleague was outstanding. From the very beginning, the team provided exceptional service. Becky, who assisted us in selecting the right type of stove, hearth, brick slips and oak beam went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our choice and provided valuable advice throughout the process. Kyle, who conducted the site survey visit, was knowledgeable and checked all aspects prior to the installation. The installation team worked diligently to remove an heavy old fire surround before enlarging and preparing the opening for the new stove, demonstrating their expertise and commitment to getting the job done right. Now, after a couple of evenings enjoying our new log burning stove, we are thrilled with the results. It has become the centerpiece of our home, providing warmth and ambiance during the cooler nights. We are grateful to the team for their outstanding service and expertise in helping us choose and install our log burner. Great service received from Dan from start to finish. He gave us some great ideas for the layout of the kitchen and we are very pleased with the results, both aesthetically and by the quality of the kitchen. We have just had a new log burner fitted by these guys and I must say a big thank you. The two lads that came out to do the work were both hard-working, skillful, and very clean in what they did. When the knocking out was finished, they cleaned every bit of rubble up.
