They had very good communication, quickly responding to any messages and ensuring a quick visit to inspect the situation and provide an accurate quote. The work itself was carried out promptly to a good standard, and when an unusual problem arose after the repairs, they were very quick to return and address the issue at no additional cost.         We recently had an emergency leak situation and Edward and his team were extremely responsive and came to examine and fix the issue at short notice. We have a young family so were worried about heading into to winter and things potentially getting worse. Edward and the team were great. Polite, courteous and professional, they fixed the problem within a day and tidied up after themselves to a fabulous standard as well. Can't thank them enough for saving us from an anxious winter period! Services: Roof repair, Roof damage repair
