Awful service and extremely rude. I tried to place an order for a premium car for 28 days, I have excellent credit. They asked me to submit payslips I did so, I have a good wage, I was then asked to submit 3 months of bank statements - v strange. I was then told me credit is "average" it isn't. I was then told I was declined. The tone was extremely rude and it might be a scam. Avoid.

Avoid! 100% a fraudulent company, you would be better off buying a second hand car for short term use. They go under Autohorn/ Autohorn fleet services and flexed look at all the different reviews for them names. They quoted me just over 1000 for repair work which wasn't even on the inspection report at hand over. 400 to replace a tiny chip on the window outside the driver view less than 4 mm in size! other charges for damage which I believe they have intentionally caused to justify charging the customer extortionate amounts! they was happy to drop 360 pound of the "repair work" if I just accept it. not to mention they refused to show any of this so called repair work. they forced me to change car as the previous car was leaving stock which ended up being 190 extra just for delivery. On top of all that after I returned my second car after 4 weeks of renting it they decided to charge me a whole month extra 503... for having the car one extra day even though I offered for them to pick it up on the last day of the rental period, they agreed but changed their mind two days before saying they had no one available. 503 for having the car for one day.. beyond a joke and they thought this was acceptable. now they are ignoring my calls and emails I have given them untill Friday 14th or I will seek legal action. Please avoid it's not worth the stress to have any dealings with this company

Do not trust these guys! I requested a car advertised on their website 6 months in advance. They promised something would be available. Im now days from my requested date and they have not provided any suitable options. More importantly, having trusted them I now have zero time on sourcing alternatives. Avoid at all costs
