I visit this shop frequently and think its absolutely great, massive variety and great prices. Sadly I have just come out of the shop having been stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes with 3 young members of staff (2 boys and 1 girl) stood behind the counter the whole time. We were completely ignored whilst they were joking and messing around with each other behind the till while we were standing waiting right in front of them, then the 3 of them left the counter and continued to ignore us. Finally one of the boys came over to us and served us with no customer service skills at all (no asking if that was all, have a good day, thank you or anything). The 3 of them were incredibly rude to be messing around in front of customers rather than doing their jobs and serving people who were waiting. Still enjoy the shop but these 3 staff members ruined it for me today. Very disappointed
