Damian and his team have managed the rental of one of our properties for over 10 years and we have always been very impressed with their professionalism and market knowledge. The apartment has never been empty and thanks to the thorough tenant background checks/references and the regular inspections it has always been kept in really good condition. I have recommended Appealing Properties to a number of people who are all using them now. They have all told me they also receive the same great service. Appealing Properties are very easy to do business and we would not use anyone else.

I have been using Appealing Properties to manage my rental property for around 10 years and throughout that time Damian and his team have been a real pleasure to deal with. From our very first meeting with Damian to the recent sale of our property everything has been handled promptly, efficiently and with a personal touch. Being first-time landlords we very much appreciated the advice we were given throughout the period that Appealing Properties acted as our agent and as a result we maintained an excellent relationship with our tenants. Do not use this estate agents! Me and partner initially agreed on a rental property with the written confirmation it was based on the property being in a certain state. However when we revisited we got told none of this work would take place and found out even more problems with the property (mould, leaks,damp) When we voiced our concerns we got told again no work would be done, then we said we want to withdraw as it was not really in a liveable condition and would like our holding deposit back due to misleading information, suddenly the landlord said he would do everything and beyond so therefor we were not allowed all of our holding deposit back which was just them covering their backs. They were rude and not helpful, estate agents/landlords really do like taking your money from you!
