Excellent service provided, nothing is too much trouble and always go above and beyond to make sure things progress as quickly and smoothly as possible. Rosie also dealt with our rent review during that period, and Janet is a true credit to the business.

The team at Barry Crux were excellent during our recent commercial let. It was our first experience of taking a lease of this size and they were fantastic at keeping us informed, going over and above to ensure the process went as smoothly as possible, stepped in to liaise with our solicitor in order to keep the let moving forward, and even met me at 7am to accept a builders delivery when the completion fell behind schedule. Janet was great during our enquires, Will was always extremely helpful and accommodating during viewings and visits, and Rosie was absolutely fantastic as keeping things moving, offering us help and advice, and in dealing with our enquires, questions and concerns. The team are so incredibly helpful and we can't thank them enough for their help and support.

My wife and I have used Barry Crux on 2 separate occasions to sell our businesses. They have always been extremely professional in their manner. Janet, on reception, was our contact, and kept us in the loop with the many viewings we had. Sadly we will be unable to use their services again, as we have now retired!
