        Fantastic service! Dan the manager made me feel welcome and the service was far more than I expected, better than some high end jewellers i've experienced. Dan is very knowledgeable in gems, understand my need and offered good amount of options for me to choose. I appreciate his honest opinion. Definitely will revisit again!

        Went in today to get a ring either exchanged or larger size. I was greeted and welcomed quickly by the manager and another colleague. They were amazing at trying to solve our query. The customer service was above and beyond, trying to call other stores to see if they had an exchange. The level of service has made both me and my partner very confident in the company. Both employees should be notified of their great work. For that, I will now leave my trust in the company and be returning for a long time. Thank you!
