The back of my wing mirror has been removed, which they "couldn't find" in the workshop, then denied having knowledge of.
Didn't seem to have much business which isn't a great sign. Probably taking advantage of last minute MOTs. In the process with the manager of Raylor to get cctv of car coming in to claim damages.
