        After I moved house, the hot water went off and the boiler was due a service anyway. I emailed Neil on Saturday and he was able to come round to do the service on the Monday. He was polite, cleaned the mess that a small leak had caused, and answered all the questions I had. I will be asking him do the service again next year. Thank you Neil!

        Charged nearly 300 for fitting 2 parts to a boiler. No problem with that but it kept leaking. I rang, sent emails and messages. They never replied and left a family with no heating and it was just round the corner from them!! Another company has had to come to sort their problem. Another customer had the same problem and left a review on their Facebook page. Service: Heating system repair
