Enterprise Rent-A-Car - York City Centre

My first time using Enterprise and it was a fantastic experience overall. The initial service from Holly was nothing short of outstanding considering she doesnt usually work at the York branch. The van was clean and ran superbly. On drop the lad who dealt with us was so polite and despite it being near closing time was in no rush to get us checked out. I will definitely be using again.

Great car rental place in York, which is also pretty good value. My man Jack working here was very helpful to me and my wife renting a car for a day, even offering to drive us to the station at the end of our rental. Only thing I would change is that enterprise generally (not just this branch) seem to ask far more questions and require a lot more time from you at check in that other companies - which can be annoying when you just want to get the car and go.

We have used this location a few times now and plan to continue. Excellent service and location. Ben went over and beyond expectations. He was so personable and helpful.

Very happy with a recent rental experience with the team here. Jack and the team were extremely friendly, professional and bent over backwards to help us out when we were having some difficulties. Well priced. Jack is a great asset to the business.
