Longer trains and platforms needed between Leeds and Skipton between 4pm and 6pm due to overcrowding. Delay repay system doesnt allow any leeway if you cant remember the exact date and time of your delayed train which is annoying.

March 2nd. Carlisle 16:18 ->York 19:08: Heating did not work at all for the whole freezing journey. Applied for a partial refund. Received an acknowledgement that a response would be forthcoming in three weeks. Never any response. Little wonder this company is ranked the worst in the UK.

Loved the train and caring on board crew, even when points failed at Shipley & we were packed in carriages like sardines in a tib

Friendly staff but the worst service you'll ever receive from trains. Cancelled at a moments notice and boards at stations going down when they do this. Works on weekends providing 2 hour plus delays at a higher cost of ticket.
