        GRJ send you on holidays where the itinerary changes at the last minute to the one you signed up for. They dont do risk assessments on excursions, change hotels from the ones youve paid and looked forward to, they happily take your money from you for first class train travel yet give you second class with no refund. Oh and expect coach journeys.lots of long coach journeys.with no air conditioning
