My partner originally got my ring from James Allen but it was a little too big and needed resizing. I hadnt realised I could get the ring resized somewhere it hadnt been purchased but the Ernest Jones team in York were super helpful and it fits great now!

I've bought my wedding ring from Ernest Jones and Eleanor was fantastic! They helped us on our original visit and once we were ready to make a decision she helped us with our purchase and supported us through the ring design process. I'd recommend Eleanor to anyone who would like to buy anything from Ernest Jones, so helpful and genuinely lovely! Definitely would come back to see her again.
