        We had help from family fund for a few years and appreciate it but recently terrible iv sent loads of paperwork seems like just ignore disabled person because certain age there still disabled no matter what their age

        I really cannot believe the outstanding service from this company. My son is 3 and is on the pathway to a diagnosis for autism. He shows severe signs that he is autistic. Someone had told me about the family fund and just by chance I tried to see if I was eligible. Once the company had done the required checks they approved me in a matter of days. Someone called David called me up, he was absolutely lovely and so understanding. And a few days after that I received my card and leaflets in the post. I just cannot believe the outstanding communication and service from this company. I just signed up for the lottery with them too! Would definitely recommend and cannot thank you guys enough. I have nothing but kind words to say about you all! Thank you again
