H2O bathrooms

Very disappointed in this company. Poor workmanship and mistakes not rectified. Meaning extra cost needed to put work right. I would avoid using them.

Directed by H2O from one of their showrooms to another 10 miles away as the Acomb branch apparently have '50% off on discontinued or display model WCs'. The WC was marked down at 226, which implies new it would have a price tag of 452 which would seem excessive for what it is. I then find that the identical unit can be bought elsewhere, brand new and not ex-display for the same lower price on the internet. I would suggest therefore that H2O are not being particulary transparent on its pricing policy or, they do not have the same buying power as elsewhere online where a 226 discount is not being advertised to draw customers in. Put another way, far better prices can be found elsewgere online if you do not wish to flush your money down the toilet. A waste of my time unfortunately.

We are really impressed with the service provided by H2o Bathrooms & Kitchens. The materials used are of the highest quality and the level of workmanship is outstanding. Very polite. High quality finish leaving me very proud.

Worst place to get your bathroom done.Lacking health and saftey and very unprofessional,They hadnt fitted the bathroom floor boards properly leading to the floor board cracking and my mum falling downstairs with a massive hole in the ceiling and didnt even think to apologise!! the toilet hadnt been fitted in properly we had to get it fitted in 3 times please do not get your bathroom done here also it is very expensive and not worth it!!
