Mai's and foodhub really poor level of customer service I'm sure it doesn't take much to change from accepting orders to not accepting orders on the site instead of making people wait an hour before you tell them through the app that you've taken our money and I won't get it back on my card for 3 days now due to you not accepting my order. Very poor, next time I'll just order from turtle Bay.

Unfortunately it wasn't a good experience, we tried a few dishes, the curry goat was actually gooey which I found quite odd. The fried chicken was nice and you can taste the seasoning past the coating. Service was the usual blas but I will not be coming back. I asked to see the chicken I was told no, which I found odd... Probably only come back for the chicken and that's it...

Google maps overview says open Monday, so walked all the way from York centre for curried goat or similar, and not open! I'm sure the place is good and hope to return another time. Shows the importance of info being kept up-to-date, or not in this case.

I normally love Caribbean food but this was bloody awful! The rice was hard and completely inedible, the curry was tasteless and the shrimp were minute, overcooked, and tasted nasty. So disappointed
