Northwood York

Worst experience of an agency we have ever had. We wrote a very detailed review here of Northwood initially but it was, conveniently for them, removed. Avoid this shambles of an agency at all costs - unhelpful and unprofessional at all levels.

All the team, especially Karis have been brilliantly professional, patient, caring and helpful everytime I've phoned or emailed about something it's so refreshing and gets me emotional knowing I feel cared about and whenever I've been crying on the phone about something in the few times I have done they've been so comforting and assuring and Karis went above and beyond when facing an issue with council tax exemption application she was so kind in liasing for me.

So far so good. Agents were quick to get things done and communication from them definitely deserves 5 stars, I need to express how smooth and stress free everything was from their side too. House was exactly as described no hidden horrors, so far everything has been honest and we are enjoying our tenancy. We have had a bad experience in the past which has made us very hopeful about this company, having not noticed a single red flag yet. Hopefully there are no issues to come and if we choose to leave, hopefully that procedure will be as smooth as the move-in. 5 stars so far for Northwood!

Excellent service from Danielle, Chris, Adam ,Karis and Jonathan! They're all professional, respectful and kind. Answered all our questions and resolved our queries quickly. I totally recommend York Branch !
