the York branch are very racist staff,rude if you have a foreign accent, regardless how much money you have in your bank and proof your affordability,still refuse you even for viewing they always find excuses not acceptable,this is not the first time i tried them shame on you.

They are unwilling to actively deal with noisy tenant! In response to Hudson Moody: I look forward to a prompt response and resolution. Your response contradicts what I was told over the phone. It is not for me to deal with this issue direct with your tenants.

An excellent team at the Upper Poppleton office handled the sale for us. All aspects of the sale were managed extremely well with clear and timely communication throughout the process.

Came and valued the property promptly, very professional and quick service, kept me up to date all through the sales process, Tom Eyre and Chloe were very friendly, knowledgeable and always happy to help or answer question. I would have no doubts at all in recommending Hudson Moody and will use them again where I can.

Buying a house in this market was challenging, but Chloe helped us at every corner throughout the long 6-month process. She answered emails and calls incredibly quickly, sometimes even after normal working hours. She liaised between the many involved parties and helped all of us find common ground and she was polite and understanding throughout. Only three small suggestions: (1) wish their company policy offered a car trip to the house on completion day OR (2) allowed people to store their luggage at their offices in central York whilst waiting for completion. (3) and it would've been great if the agency was more flexible with appointment length after the offer has been placed and accepted. (we would've liked to have more than 1h to view the property again).
