I reached out to Shaun through his website just before the bank holiday weekend for a roof tile that had become loose and fallen down. Shaun responded quickly and after sending him a few pictures, he was able to provide me a quote and explain the likely situation and problem. He then sent someone out within the week to sort the issue. They turned up on time and we polite and friendly and fixed the issue in no time. Shaun and his team of skilled tradesmen did a wonderful job in the summer of last year, not just in installing a new roof but repairing many associated areas that had rotted over the many years of the old roof's life. He also recommended other worthwhile and necessary work to extend the life of my new roof including an attic stair and wooden platform to enable better access. What I did much appreciate was Shaun's regular photo updates of his work, and the progress he was making at each stage. His services I know are much in demand, but I would certainly recommend him and his team for any roof replacement or repair work.
