Disappointing. One day hire finishing on Sunday, so no check in at drop off. Car seemed very clean and straight and was over spec for the price. Returned it, very happy. Two weeks later I got notification of a ' change of condition' and billed a further 45 for a dent. They have photos of the car and a dent, I don't have a leg to stand on. I don't think I would have spotted that damage at pick up, and I'm assuming it was there as there was no incident during the hire. I don't think I would have been able to take enough photos at drop off to catch this tiny dent. I guess I lost the bet by not taking the damage waiver, and I guess I'm paying for the mark left by someone who did get the damage waiver.

Be warned Europcar has moved to Wigginton Road outside of York. Not York Station. Otherwise 10/10. Great service and nice cars.
