AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BELOW ONE STAR RATING Purchased a new Zagg screen protector from here and it failed twice, tried to call the shop many times on different days of the week and despite waiting over 15 minutes no one seems to want to answer the phone. Zagg havent been much help either their UK number doesnt exist when you try to call it. The lifetime warranty is almost impossible to fill out for the UK just isnt worth the hassle or the paper its written on, my advice to anyone thinking about buying from here is try somewhere else who does care about their customers. UPDATE, When I received a response from the shop to the above review they suggested I return to the shop with the faulty item which, is unacceptable given its more than a 200 miles round trip, is hardly a feasible or sensible solution.

Came in for tech support appointment. Was served by Antony and he fixed all the issues that I was having. He was very helpful, would definitely come here again for any help.

Bluetooth and Wi-Fi werent working on my iPhone 13, thankfully I had a few days of my warranty left. The man who served me was wonderful, very helpful. Said it would be fixed by next week, got a call the following week, all sorted. Lovely team, would recommend.

Louise was very helpful and patient with me when setting up my new ipad. Taking time to explain things to me. Even after getting home i had an issue, i rang the store and Louise answered and tried to talk me through what to do. It makes such a lovely change to get great customer service and support. Thank you.

Booked an appointment to have a couple of recall repairs carried out on my MacBook Pro from the supposed Local Apple Experts. This couldnt be further form the truth. The person I spoke to claimed my Mac had a swollen battery (spoiler alert it doesnt) and therefore wouldnt be covered by the Apple recall programs, I would have to pay 49 just for someone to have a look. The funny thing is the fault I had was with the screen and a few sticking keys which are no where near the battery soooooo even if it was swollen (is isnt) this wouldnt have effected the related parts. This place is a joke and you would get better service from iRepair next door (dont go there either they are awful).
