I was looking for a suit quickly on Tuesday (28th June) for a wedding tomorrow (2nd July) found one but the suit jacket would be 2-3 working days it was advertised! Just found out today (Friday) that its not actually due until next week and theres nothing they can do about it! Absolutely shocking! I mean I know I left it last minutes but its like false advertising! If it takes 5-6 working days advertise it with that! Left me in a terrible situation as nothing is in stock in actual shops these days! Closing account

Usually enjoy shopping at Next. It would have been really helpful if there had been a sign at the entrance saying the fitting rooms were still closed. My daughter had picked up a lot of items, but due to a recent growth spurt really needed to try things on.

There was a lovely shop assistant on the childrens clothing floor this afternoon that couldnt help us enough.
