Rob was our main point of contact & he was brilliant - always keeping us up to date with progress, but whichever member of staff we spoke to they always knew who we were & our situation. This was our third sale with Your Move & each time weve always experienced the same excellent level of service.

I bought my new home through this branch of Your Move. Sales Manager, Sam Broadley managed the whole process from start to finish. I was part of a long chain and Sam owned the process, dealing efficiently with solicitors and the other estate agents who were representing their respective sellers/buyers in the chain. He really did lead the way and controlled the whole process. Sam also guided me step by step with what I had to be aware of and offered a consultative approach where and when it was required. If you're looking for a genuine, professional, efficient and user friendly service when selling or buying a new home, I strongly would recommend Your Move, York and in particularly Sam Broadley who deserves 5 big stars. Fantastic service from everyone involved from the photos produced to the quick sale and the ongoing support. Particular mention for Sam B who dealt with the after sales care and the negotiations, in an age where poor customer service is the norm he was exceptionally good. 100% will use for my next sale and would recommend.
