Visited the store today for the first time with my family and the blonde shop assistant looked me and my family up and down like we were something shed stepped in.. lovely items of clothing & accessories but wont be returning any time soon after todays experience. Made us feel very unwelcome; Shame really as Id been looking forward to visiting for a while.

One of The Best places in york for country brands. The range is spot on, - especially with Fairfax and Favour and Holland and Cooper - and the shop is very well organised, and the staff are very kind. The service they provide is next to none.

Lovely shop, quality products. Would of scored higher but staff weren't overly interested in assisting. No atmosphere either

First time visiting wild & Westbrooke today with my mum, we went with the intention of purchasing her first pair of Fairfax and favour boots, and came away with more than the boots, lovely couple looked after us, so chatty and appreciative of our custom, we tried on a good handful of shoes/boots the lady wasnt at all pushy at all. Will defiantly return to wild & Westbrook. Thankyou both! All the best for 2023
