        Was seen very quickly, staff all so helpful and caring, including the volunteers.

        Arrived at 5pm into a busy emergency department with signs saying 5 hour wait. I was triaged quite quickly and sent to the urgent care unit. This was also supposedly a 5 hour wait and again I was dealt with quickly. I was in and out within less than 2 hours. The staff were fantastic, I couldnt fault them.
