        I had a fantastic Mini purchasing experience with sales rep Becky Atkin. She was very courteous and helpful. Brilliant communication and no pressure sales. The transaction process was very smooth and easy. The aftersale follow up is also amazing. Her colleague Tom was also very helpful and professional. I highly recommended this Vertu Mini York and sales rep Becky.

        I bought my Cooper S from Ben and I absolutely love it! The whole process was super easy - it was my first time purchasing a car on finance but Ben explained everything to me and made it easy to understand. Would definitely recommend visiting the team at York :)

        I am very disappointed with this dealership as the Mini Cooper S Bayswater YJ63NHT was advertised on the MINI website for 7900 therefore I paid a 99 deposit to reserve the car. However, 2hours into my journey I was called by Emi who said the car was "no longer available to be sold by MINI as it didnt meet the requirements" and I cant view the vehicle. However, I was recently told by Liamthat the Mini Cooper S Bayswater YJ63NHT is AVAILABLE??? for purchase at the price of 9,640.(Now 8,990)Which is completely unacceptable!! This dealership has broke the law in two places within their advertising and I am unhappy about the way I have been treated and lied to throughout this process. I strongly believe that I have been discriminated against because of my age. As I am young, you have disadvantaged me from purchasing this vehicle as you knew you had advertised it at a lower price than you should have and then continued to lie about the processes of the vehicle .I'm sure others will also disagree with the way you have dealt with this situation. As the right of a consumer I can report this to trading standards.
