Additionally he has been clear in his communications and single minded in ascertaining the problem and fixing the issue. Thank you very much.

        Excellent service from start to finish. Mark was really helpful in making sure I understood everything. I never felt pressured or pushed into any sales. I was given a really good part exchange value for my old car, and even after scratching it (quite badly on the day of exchange!) they did all they could revalue and ensure I could go ahead. My only complaint is better coffee haha!
