I came to Rose Elements as recommended by a friend. Suffering a lot of tension and anxiety, I opted for full body massage (Back,Neck & Shoulders treatment & Leg & Foot treatment) as well as an Indian head massage - having suffered stress and anxiety over a number of years, Ive been told these therapies work wonders yet after visiting numerous places over the years and never feeling comfortable during the process nor feeling any better from it, I was a little sceptical to try yet another person for it to fail, HOWEVER, I couldnt have been more wrong this time and I vow to never go anywhere else. After explaining to the lovely lady at Rose Elements my previous experiences and my mental health issues, she assured this would be a better experience. From discussing this with her, I already felt a sense of calm and I was looking forward to this treatment, I just had no idea it would leave me looking forward to booking back in. I would highly recommend Rose Elements to anybody from all walks of life, those that simply love to be pampered, those that are stressed, those that suffer anxiety and any other mental health related problems because I have genuinely never felt more at ease and comfortable in someones presence, even more so whilst undressed. I was treated with the utmost respect and dignity throughout and I was treated to the most amazing treatments that I could only wish Id found sooner! The duration of my visit was so calm and relaxing, the lady was naturally understanding, caring and empathetic - which is a rare gift! I would go as far as to say this was by far the most pleasurable experience in as long as I can remember, I came out feeling utterly refreshed, head to toe, I was beaming, I felt cleansed, I felt great - my mind felt great, a pure sense of euphoria! I slept better that evening, than Ive slept in many years and each night since, Ive felt calmer and happier indeed. This lady is a miracle worker and Im blessed to have crossed paths. Thank you Rose Elements, I couldnt be more grateful for the service you provided, one of the most down to earth and friendly people Ive ever met and Im super excited to come back. I would recommend Rose Elements to anyone. There is a variety of treatments to suit all needs and exceeded my expectations. The room is warm, calming and cozy. I felt extremely safe and comfortable in an environment that is relaxed and peaceful. Any anxiety I had vanished within minutes of being around Hayley. She is warm, welcoming and non judgemental, her knowledge and passion shines through. From the initial consultation to the massage to the end of treatment Hayley was professional throughout. During the massage treatment she always ensured everything she did I felt OK with. I cannot wait to return for my next treatment. Definitely 5 stars

Wellbeing is essential to me like it should be to everyone. On my first visit, Rose Elements spent time assessing me beforehand and discussed my expectation and confidentiality. Friendly staff and warm welcome. I've already booked my next session.

I had a wonderfully relaxing Indian head massage with Hayley. I would really recommend her and will definitely be going again. She has a lovely manner and puts you at ease straightaway.
