        I Recently joined Chokdee and despite only having a couple sessions so far I think its a great experience, the coaches have fantastic attitude and made me feel very welcome as beginner.

        Recently, I underwent an 8 week PWCB course with the three of the Chokdee coaches (Rich, Leon and Paul). Their instruction and attitude to beginner boxing was excellent, and the training was built up in a logical and safe manner (sparring starting only in week 4, for example). They made everyone feel welcome and positive regardless of skill level, whilst also pushing everyone to achieve their maximum performance. I have only done boxing with Chokdee, but would recommend to anyone wanting to learn a striking martial art (as Rich is a Thai boxer by trade).
