I purchased an offcut of artificial lawn and arranged for a courier company to collect for me. I stupidly forgot to send the label details to Easigrass and when the courier company could not wait (due to tight delivery schedules) Stuart jumped in his van and tracked the courier driver down to give him our lawn. Totally unexpected actions but what brilliant service - thats what you call going above and beyond and all for a very small order!!
I hope to be using Easigrass Yorkshires full service soon - I would no go anywhere else
