We've had our Will&Power of Attorney written by Ison Harrison (Olivia Williams) and it was very efficiently completed in a relatively short time. Olivia talked us through all the issues that were raised in detail and their implications. She did a very professional job. All the staff in the office were very helpful and friendly, too.

We used Ison Harrison for conveyancing on our new build home. This is our first purchase so really had no idea how the process worked. They did exactly what we asked them to do and we completed on the expected date (given we had no chain either way I would assume this anyway). However, the thing that let the service down, was being told at 3pm the day before completion that we owed 1050. We had a long list of fees and paid a large sum including our house deposit, and quite honestly I would have thought given we reserved the house 10 months before completion, this would have been noticed sooner. I assumed money that we paid covered everything. It really was just quite lucky we had enough to cover this, on the 26th January, but left us in quite a tight money situation then for a week.

Debbie Hardcastle and her team did a fantastic job looking after our property purchase. Debbie was across all the detail and was great at explaining things and keeping us across timings. There were some bumps in the road, but her calm manner and wise advice kept us on the road, and she always had our back. She kept everything on track and completed everything on time.
