        Being charged 22 for my 90 year old mum making a 6 min. phone call to them asking why things hadn't been done is a joke not to mention everything else we were charged for i.e. 20 for emails from us to them, 20 for my brother to drop of Dads death certificate!!, 40 for us to signs forms etc. etc.

        I would love to say I could recommend them. But I cannot. The costs they charge are completely ridiculous after we had our buyers pull out. Some how we had to pay over 500 because of this. Even though it was not our fault. As a young person we saved so much to be able to afford to move and having a bill of that I thought was unreasonable. Rude staff.
