I found that Sally was always professional and quick to respond. Sally undertook a professional review of what I was hoping to achieve with my garden redesign, the types of plants I liked and feel I wanted to achieve when it was all finished. She found a great ground works team to undertake the levelling and paving. Sally is clearly a good listener as well as talented designer because the end result was exactly what I wanted and more. I highly recommend Sally. My small garden had developed randomly and was a bit messy and sad looking. Sally listened patiently and understood the overall look I was trying to achieve a less busy and more sociable space with plants I felt confident I could manage. She was careful to find out what kind of plants I liked and disliked, and we discussed her suggestions to make sure I was happy with my final choices. I was pleased that many of my plants were retained, sometimes in different locations, and happy with the ones that were removed. All the work, including the removal, relocation and new planting, was completed quickly and tidily by Sally and Henry. We initially contacted Sally for ideas and inspiration because we had our own ideas of what we wanted but had no idea how to bring it all together. sally put our minds at ease, mixing our ideas with some of her own and explaining the reasons along the way. The ideas were converted into design drawings and scaled plans. The attention to detail impressed us so much that we are really looking forward to it all coming to fruition. Sally is a very professional and accomplished garden designer. She listened to our ideas and requirements then, after including some of her own ideas, she produced a superb design and planting plan.
