Exceptional and professional. We have a bungalow with an existing loft and decided to convert it to a full width dormer. It's not a small job and Steve has been very patient with explaining every detail to us throughout the project. He was always happy to accommodate our requests and gave us sensible recommendations that we couldn't think of by ourselves. His price was fair and reasonable; yet the dormer built was excellent in all aspects. All our friends seeing the final construction are amazed by Steve's professional work in transforming our average loft to a spacious and warm dormer. We will be more than happy to recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable builder.

Excellent service throughout the job, from detailed and clear quote to completion of the project. More than happy to accommodate our ideas but gave professional advice on how they could become a reality. Steve went the extra mile to find particular fixtures to match the design. He was easy to contact, always arrived when he said he would and always took the time to achieve the highest standard of workmanship. He has done a fantastic job, we would highly recommend him and we would definitely use him again.

Highly recommended. Prompt, professional, courteous and kept us fully informed about the job before and during and gave really handy aftercare tips.We had a new damp course fitted beneath a hearth and the job was completed with no mess and for a very reasonable price.
