Ive known Helen now for many years so when we needed our web copy sorting I knew who to call! Firstly it was so lovely to catch up it had been so long When it came to the work - from start to finish it was just excellent Great communication, great initial meeting, thorough fact finding, such a well executed process from start to finish and we couldnt be more pleased with the final outcome. Helen tightened up all our words, making us sound even more like us and putting everything in its rightful place. All of this helping our ideal clients find us, and join us. I recently used Helen's new service, SEO Seeds for Blogs. Not only did I get lots of amazing tips on SEO for blogs (tailored to one of my blogs) but also lots of general information that I can apply to as website as a whole. Helen Is utterly fantastic. She spends a lot of time listening to you and understanding your brand and vision to ensure she captures your voice in her writing. She delivered our re-written website content a week ahead of schedule and I was so happy with the first draft that no revisions were needed. That's a mark of a great writer. She has an eye for detail and understands what works, what doesn't and what google likes versus what the human likes and marries the two seamlessly. I really can't recommend her highly enough. After a significant drop in ranking son Google I was struggling to get my website higher after making some SEO tweaks myself (huge error!). I booked an Hour with the Head Ink Gardener package and Helen made me feel a lot calmer and helped me to make sense of it all. She armed me with step by step guidance on how we could resolve the issue and explained in the most 'non techy' way possible so it made more sense to me. I was then able to go away and work on the SEO myself again and this time iwth a lot more success as the next morning my ranking was back up to second spot. Without Helen I would have bene completely lost still - thank you so much.
