Through our website Raindrop Digital have helped us make contact with clients we'd tried to reach through other means (networking, LinkedIn etc). To have clients finding our website and then reaching out to us is hugely confidence inspiring. I would strongly recommend Raindrop, as an e-commerce business Ryan & Gilbert relies on having an optimisation team with a great support network behind us and Raindrop is just that. The owner, Michael, has an extremely vast knowledge base of ecommerce, however communicates the information in an easy to understand and well-presented manner. Amazing results and response rates, and always extremely helpful and polite! A true rock without which we would not had managed to build the company.
