I had 6 sessions with Jo last year, mainly Reiki, and a session of hypnotherapy. She is 100 per cent invested in helping her clients feel good, both inside the sessions, and her thoughtful communication between them. If you are considering having a session, I would strongly recommend to book with Jo. She is an incredibly good listener, which is rare, and healing in itself! I can't wait for more sessions with Jo - it's relaxing and enjoyable, as well as being powerfully healing.

Jo developed a bespoke day for a group of friends, her calm, professional and insightful approach was fabulous. Our lives are going to get a better balance and we will be using some of the techniques she shared. Thinking of a spa day think of this as an alternative with friends.
