After struggling with a severe flight phobia for sixteen years, I couldnt believe what Darren helped me achieve in three hypnotherapy sessions he has quite literally changed my life! His calm and understanding approach instantly made me feel comfortable and his work has changed my mindset and confidence in ways I couldnt have imagined. I cant thank him enough and would recommend him to anyone who feels they need help or support to break down barriers stopping them living life to the full.

I was introduced to Darren about 12 months ago, at first I was a little nervous- but since the first meeting I have felt totally at ease when discussing issues with him, he has been such a support on my journey and would highly recommend him to anyone feeling they may need someone to help to get over those hurdles life throws at us all!

I have had some ongoing health problems for several years, which have caused my anxiety levels to reach such a pitch, that my Husband has been extremely worried about me. I knew I needed help, which is why we contacted Darren.I never dreamed that he would be able to work such a transformation with me. It is amazing. From the moment you meet Darren, he is such a positive force, and so easy to talk to, that I always feel completely relaxed in his company. I leave feeling totally buoyant and upbeat. My husband cannot believe how much calmer I am becoming. Darren also worked with me on a deep seated grief that I had buried for years and had not realised. I adored my Mother, and when she died four years ago, I was utterly devastated, but I can only say that Darren led me to a transformative revelation which I still marvel at, because I can now think of her with joy and not pain. Darren gives you the ability to face fears and anxiety with a positivity which carries you through Life. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I really can't put into words exactly how much Darren has helped me through what was the darkest time in my life. I truly felt like my life had no meaning, and i had nowhere to turn, then I went to see Darren, I honestly thought that no one could help me, how wrong I was, after just a few sessions with Darren, my whole outlook on life changed and I have gone from strength to strength with Darren's help in life and work. If there was only one thing I could say to someone who may be struggling with anything no matter how much you may feel like there is no one who can help, then I would say go see Darren, if it wasn't for him I would hate to think where I would be and what situation I would be in.

My fear of heights has stopped me doing things for years. I have been in tears going up escalators, my fear was so bad. With a ski holiday getting slower and my dread of chairlifts, cable cars etc now starting to wake me up in the night I decided to do something about it. Ive known Darren for a number of years through various Networking groups and I finally reached out and asked for his help. I arrived for my appointment having no idea what to expect, but full of hope that Darren could be my saviour and I was not disappointed. Darren talked me through everything and we discussed where my fear had started and he got to work. My appointment was just over an hour and all I can say is Thank you. We arrived at Manchester Airport a few days later and this was the first time I had been able to really test out my fear. I did a couple of Darrens breathing exercises and I stepped on the escalator and nothing happened, my legs didnt go to jelly, I didnt feel sick and I didnt need to run up the steps, in fact I looked over the side and enjoyed the view. This probably doesnt sound much to some people but this was massive to me and as the holiday went on the higher I got and I even travelled on the cable cars, lifts and gondolas on my own. My family and friends were completely amazed and found it incredible the way I was hanging over to look at the views and not sat down on the floor crying as I used to do. Darren all I can say is Thank you so so much, in one appointment you have changed my life. I will be recommending you to everyone I know without hesitation.
