Merry Maids York and Harrogate

I booked for a clean in Harrogate. Unfortunately I didnt have a parking disc. As I live in Harrogate I am used to all local cleaners, tradespeople etc having parking discs with them and it not being a problem. The cleaners couldnt stay so my flat wasnt cleaned. I have not received a refund for this non clean despite phoning them, leaving a message, and explaining the situation. I tried to rebook online once I was sure I had a parking disc but they wouldnt accept the job. So I have been charged the full price for no service. And following up achieved no results. I would not recommend them.

We went out for three and a half hours one morning this week and returned to find the house transformed: what a pleasure to walk in and find the skirting boards clean, all those hard-to-reach cobwebs on the ceiling gone and the shower immaculate! A very helpful person on the end of the phone and the cleaners themselves were very pleasant, cheerful and efficient. We will definitely be using Merry Maids again. Service: Cleaning

Wonderful people. The Maids helped our aunt to live independently for many months despite the onset of dementia, keeping her engaged whilst getting-on with the cleaning jobs she didnt see any more. Although we live too far away to visit frequently, Gareth's sympathetic communication kept family informed and helped us to understand our aunt's care needs as they developed. Merry Maids have been cleaning our house once a fortnight for a few years now and we always look forward to opening the front door on cleaning day to see everything sparkling. Having met a number of the staff, everyone is so friendly and happy to be at work. We've also recently discovered we're known as the talking cat house, as our little furball supervises each visit and requests tickles.
