        I contacted them for (End of Tenancy Cleaning). They sent me an email that they will contact me very soon. Guess what, I didn't receive any response or calls for more than 10 days. I also tried to contact/email them but no one answerd. By doing this, they put me in very very bad situation and I had to contact a local cleaner for very high price. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

        Wouldn't recommend, took two attempts to clean my property and on the second attempt there were marks on the walls where they had dragged the hose of the vacuum cleaner. I won't be using then again. Also, they took the second part of the money out of my account before the job had been completed - I believe that it should be done after the job is completed with the permission of the bank holder after seeing the work done.
