        Very terrible serviceNo one was in reception and nobody answered the call. This led us to find another hotel!! We booked 2 nights. On the second day the hotel directly cancelled our accommodation for no reason!!! And the agent refused to provide a refund to us. So terrible!! Never met this situation before!! The staff only excused anything. Please don't go. This hotel will let you feel bad when you are in travel!!!
