Avoid no. 12! Horrendous facilities. Not enough hot water to even wash dishes. Heating barely worked so freezing unless you keep the oven on. The kitchen was tiny and scruffy with ancient appliances that hardly work. Cutlery and utensils missing or broken. The bed was the worst I have ever slept on - sinks in the middle so you have to climb out and the bedding is too small for the mattress so continually sliding off. The view was of a sainsburys car park with thin windows so noise all night and thin curtains that don't block out any light. The whole place was dark and dingy but they had put up some cheap fairy lights for a bit of atmosphere. There is also a prominent smell of damp and mildew. Crazy old woman shouted at us on the way out because we left some rubbish in the bin. Rooms: Small, ill-equipped, ugly and smelly
