MonkBridge House

The whole house is clean and tastefully decorated along with a lovely garden. We had a perfect good sized room for the three of us. Nice and well thought out facilities with good attention to detail. A friendly welcome from Paul and Fiona, and an amazing breakfast with plenty of choice. Short walk from town and free parking. We will definitely be booking here again!

Rooms: Very clean and spacious, stocked fridge, tea and coffee, comfortable beds, toiletries, slippers, etc. Nearby activities: Most sites easily accessible on foot. Walkability: An easy walk to the walls, Minster, and shopping. Food & drinks: Delicious breakfast, care and attention to detail, great variety, lots of homemade produce including sourdough, preserves, etc.

Stayed in a twin room with a friend as we decided to do a bit of shopping and sight seeing. We were made to feel extremely welcome and how the house is run is excellent. The attention to detail is second to none and it was a wonderful thought to have fresh milk in the fridge in our room to make tea and coffee with. The room and bathroom were very clean, roomy and bright. The breakfast was one of the best we have had with a lovely choice and cooked freshly once you arrive for breakfast at a time pre-agreed. Would definitely stay here again.
