City Apartments - 13 Claremont Terrace

Me my wife and our two children (16 months and 6yrs) arrived early and were delighted to find the house already cleaned and ready for our stay, with crisp fresh linen and luxurious towels - The parking pass was really handy for a city center location and once we had parked up, we didn't need to use our car again for the entire trip as the location was superb. We were able to take a short walk to the Railway Museum, the Yorkshire Museum, York Minster and the main shopping area in the city. You are spoilt for choice with the number of bars, restaurants and cafes within half a mile of the house, with some excellent coffee shops at the end of the road. The property itself is ample and spread over three floors. The top floor bedroom is the pick of the bunch and the kitchen on the ground floor is heated 24/7 by an Aga style range cooker, which made for a cosy homely feel. Having Netflix on tap was an added bonus for my 6 year old, which had all of his favorite cartoons on. In short its a great property, with a great location. Superb value..!
