Was advertised as suitable for children but arrived to find an intimidating sign requesting quiet after 8pm or a 50 fine. While the children were looking round the house, excited for their first holiday since Covid, at around 7.20pm there was a knock at the door whereby my husband and children were berated by the neighbour for making too much noise. From that point we felt extremely unwelcome and uncomfortable and proceeded to speak in whispers whilst I tried to keep a 2 year old silent. There were also issues with the TV and Wifi not working which thankfully the owner partially resolved but now he is trying to fine us for a noise complaint. Definitely not as advertised, do avoid if you have children or want to relax and enjoy yourself without being spied on by neighbours and then fined to top it off. There is no way to take rubbish outside to the bins as the back door is locked shut with no access. This is also concerning should there be a fire. Parking is a problem too, we have a disabled badge so were lucky to get a space at the end of the road. On the one occasion we did park outside we were blocked in by neighbours and a double parked vehicle. We've never had any complaints on a holiday before so honestly for me to post this, it really is sad.

What a absolute waste of time couldn't open link to access apartment 15 phone calls no answer 3 emails to which they still haven't replied 1 week later wouldn't refund 160 pounds as they said it wasn't there problem we didnt stay in York as no ware to stay drove 3 hours home what a shambles of a company thanks for wasting our time and money
