After I did the test I discovered all my intolerances and I stopped eating the food causing them. After 2 weeks I lost 5 kgs and I have been in the best shape since then! I was really nervous doing this intolerance test, but Im so glad I did!! The test came super quick & I had the results back within 4 working days. I instantly knew that what Id been feeling & dealing with for nearly 4 years was all real now I knew why! The aftercare was so so good. The nutritionist was so knowledgeable and not only helped me which foods to exclude but the best supermarkets with excellent free from ranges to helping me re plan my usual meals. So friendly & helpful. Ive now completed my 12 exclusion period and I feel so much better! No bloat, stomach noises, or needing to be close by the loo. On top of that Ive lost weight which is all good for the cause. The reintroduction of foods is underway & the support to help me plan how has been fantastic. Looking forward to the future with food!
